UNFILTERED PILSNER •• ABV 5.3%, 16 oz pour, Pilsner Glass
Pilsner is a crisp, golden, highly hopped lager
While normally pilsners are filtered, this beer is not, and therefore it is,
strictly speaking, a KELLERBIER (taken from the cellar while still hazy).
BAVARIAN WHEAT BEER •• ABV 5.5% 12 IBUs, 16 oz pour
Unfiltered opacity, estery aroma, thick with typical Bavarian yeast fruitiness. Soft wheat malt with strong banana and a bit of clove spiciness.
AMERICAN PALE ALE •• ABV 5.4% 35 IBUs, 16 oz pour
Hopmonk Pale ale is an example of a classic American style pale ale illustrating the complex bitterness and aroma of Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley in Washington State. The top fermenting ale yeast strain contributes to the floral and herbal flavor with a hint of fruit. The clean malty body is derived from the pale and light roasted caramel malt adding both body and light sweetness that complement the bitterness.
AMERICAN INDIA PALE ALE •• ABV 6.9% 77 IBUs, 16 oz pour •• Tulip Glass
A classic West Coast IPA extensively dry hopped with centennial, magnum and chinook hops. A whopping 2 lbs. per barrel of dry hopping that produces a floral and herbal hoppy bouquet.
